We live in Oregon where "it has either just stopped raining, is currently raining, or is getting ready to rain." Despite this, you see few locals sporting umbrellas. After a while you get the idea - it's not really raining. These pictures are almost all from a recent trip to NYC where people actually DO use umbrellas.
