Bermuda Bound
Although it isn't well known to those of us who live on the West Coast, Bermuda is one of the favored honeymoon destinations to those in the East. Located 650 miles off the coast of the US, just east of North Carolina, the islands were first sighted by Spanish explorer Jaun de Bermudez in 1503. Bermuda is a British overseas territory that is under self rule - you will be able to see the British influence pretty much everywhere!
The main island (actually several islands linked together) is shaped like a fish hook. Bermuda is located in the Gulfstream, the warm is warm and the beaches georgeous!
Honeymooners reach Bermuda by boat or by air, but either way they will find a host of accommodations avaiable to them. TheBigDay offers a number of Bermuda specials that will entice you to consider this destination.
